Communes
I'd like everyone that is interested in working for the communes to post there Profession(s) and skill level(s) here. I'm hoping to open Q3 food first so that we can start providing workers with food right away. Don't worry if you don't work in this industry (producer, marketing manager) because I have test run the company with all level one workers and even if everybody has to start of at level one we should be sustainable right off the bat.

Nice leo both will be very use full. We'll start you at Q3 foods. When we fill that we'll open the grain company to directly supply the food and we''ll switch you over. But we've got a long way to go if it's just me and you. lol

Re: Communes
No one else? Really? C'mon, I know its a sacrifice for some people, but as it grows it could become very lucrative. Think about the possibilities of a food, house and moving ticket commune... Canada needs a commune system communal system that works for the benefits of its members and not a millita, party or individual! We need some more early adopters!

Re: Communes
Leo I love your passion! I promise you, we will fill those communes.
I have plans to launch a major recruiting campaign. I'm going to be reaching out to the party for ideas on how best to go about everything over the next couple days. If you would like to be a part of it I think you could write some great articles.

Re: Communes
Thanks for replying Keziah, I think a moving ticket company could certainly be in the cards down the road.
What are you making as a project manager in eUSA? the rough plan so far is to start up the q3 food company first and offer minimum wage (0.10/h) and 7 q3 food/week. I'll be consulting the party about dimensions as far as happiness and wellness provided in the coming days. It's of no object if you have never worked in either the marketing manager or producer sector before. I've run tests and found it to be sustainable even with all level one workers and in theory should only build from there. Down the road as we fill the communes we will hopefully be able to spread everyone around to their most productive skill set.
I'd love to have you on board : )

Re: Communes
The admins have really thrown me a curve ball with the new food mechanics. I'm going to be test running a food company outside the party first at q3 and then at q1 to try a figure out whats best for us. If anyone has suggestions about what q level might be most beneficial please post here.
thanks

I have been invited to, and have joined this coop. It is the best alternative for us since the leader on this project suddenly quit.
This idea is going no where under this party presently. In fact, my suggestion is that we formally affiliate with the World Anarchist Federation and the Federal Industrial Association. This, it seems, is the best way to push whatever agenda we have right now.

The New and Improved party communes set to open on day 1030 !!
It's been a long time coming but all the pieces are finally in place. On PP election day I plan to open the SPeC's first ever high Q food commune. Q4 to be exact!
The SPeC is a party by the people for the people. The new incentive based communes continue in this tradition by providing a high standard of living for all of it's members. Employing a system that allows the community to work towards a bigger and better tomorrow.
Requirements for participation in the commune will be as follows:
- must be a member of the Socialist Party of eCanada
- must be a member of the party forum (https://spcecanada.canadian-forum.com/index.htm)
- must be prepared to work the mandatory 8h work day
no more no less everyday (no boosters)
Everyone regardless of skill level will be paid the same wage CAD $0.15/h as well as 2 pieces of Q4 food donated to your inventory at day change for every day worked. Two pieces of food at 3 wellness and 9 happiness each for a total of 6W and 18H per day! The six wellness per day recoups all of your daily loses ( 4 for work, 1 to study, 1 to train). For every hour of the day not spent resting you lose 1 happiness. 18 wellness per day means after your mandatory 8h work day you need only spend 3 hours resting leaving 13 hours to devote to studying and/or training as you see fit. Not to mention a buck or so in your pocket as daily profit.
Keep in mind however this is only the beginning. Those who join and enlist in the communes will be paving the way to bigger and better things. Bigger and better benefits!
After the food commune is filled, grain will be the next to be implemented. All employees receiving the same wage and the same benefits. Excess in both industries will be sold off to cover costs and profit funneled back into the system to make improvements and enter new industries. The SPeC will not pursue the funding of a militia or involve itself in the production weapons via the commune. Rather the focus will remain solely on steadily improving the quality of life for it's members. I see housing and moving ticket communes in the future, providing even more flexibility to members daily lives and the end of spending any time resting at all (24 happiness daily). I see oil, stone and titanium communes providing capital for export licenses and of course the eventual goal of higher wages.
The sky is the limit to what we can achieve. Vote Denizen Kane for SPeC party president for a bigger and better tomorrow. Join the SPeC and be a part of the solution.
