There've been a number of articles about it on eRepublik (both from the admins, and from regular members), and tons of discussion about what to do with the titanium regions we'll be getting.

No, not really that I know of the manifesto is just written ideas and rules which are the acts of the party...

Yeah, I think the definition of "manifesto" is being confused here. I think they're talking about more of a Party Constitution.

But, we will also be updating our manifesto and I'll have ideas for that soon.
